Privacy policy

Who we are

This site is run by Smart Vibe Coding, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under commercial registration 7050841886, the controller of the personal data you send us through it. This policy explains what we collect and why, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the contact form:

  • Your name and email address.
  • The request type and your message.
  • The page language and the time you sent it.

Why we collect it

We use this data only to reply to your message. To protect the form from automated messages we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical browser signals when you send, and we limit how many messages one address can send in a short time without storing your address with your message.

Legal basis

We process the form data on the basis of the consent you give by sending the message, and the protection signals on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site free of abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep a message for 365 days from the day we receive it; it is then deleted automatically and permanently. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored and processed on Cloudflare services, which may be on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with the PDPL rules on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.

Sharing and marketing

We do not sell your data, share it with anyone for marketing, or add you to any mailing list. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes it on our behalf only to run the site.

Cookies and analytics

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not follow visitors across sites and reports totals only.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Know how your data is collected and processed.
  • Access your data and receive a copy of it.
  • Have your data corrected or updated.
  • Ask for your data to be deleted.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

How to exercise your rights

Email info@smartvibe.sa with your request and the address you wrote from; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
